RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days from receiving your order. It must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must be unused with tags attached. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please opt for a track-able method for return shipping as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Online orders can also be returned at our storefront location; 33 Park Street in Kentville. 

We thoroughly inspect all of our decks. All deck purchase are final, unless a clear manufacturing defect. We will notify you if your return has been approved. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
